60min. mind & body exercises that target muscles which support good posture. The focus is to develop a strong and flexible body that moves with ease & grace. Everyone can benefit from this class. We will encompass awareness, balance, control, efficiency, function and harmony.
This is a 60min. class with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Barre. This will build strength, muscle deffinition, endurance, flexibility and balance.
